…Today, Israel is facing the same threats. You only have to listen to the constant threatening speeches from Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran. Not only are the surrounding Middle Eastern countries wanting to destroy Israel but the international communities, academia and the media have failed Israel. Recently UNESCO declared that the land where Israel forefathers are buried is declared as Islamic sites and UNESCO has also pushed through resolutions that ignores Jewish ties to its holy religious site of the Temple Mount and the Western Wall area in Jerusalem’s Old City.
Out of all the nations, who do you think has the most UN (and its agencies) resolutions? Israel. It is the only nation in the world since 1948 that has had the most. Not North Korea, not China, not Zimbabwe, not Pakistan, not Syria, not Sudan, not Iran but Israel. For example, last year (2016) it received 20 resolutions and the rest of world? Three. To understand the bias against Israel, listen to Netanyahu’s speeches at the UN:
“And what about the joke called the UN Human Rights Council, which each year condemns Israel more than all the countries of the world combined. As women are being systematically raped, murdered, sold into slavery across the world, which is the only country that the UN’s Commission on Women chose to condemn this year? Yep, you guessed it – Israel. Israel. Israel where women fly fighter jets, lead major corporations, head universities, preside – twice – over the Supreme Court, and have served as Speaker of the Knesset and Prime Minister.
And this circus continues at UNESCO. UNESCO, the UN body charged with preserving world heritage. Now, this is hard to believe but UNESCO just denied the 4,000-year connection between the Jewish people and its holiest site, the Temple Mount. That’s just as absurd as denying the connection between the Great Wall of China and China”.
Premier Netanyahu’s Speech at the United Nations General Assembly (22 September 2016)
The theater of the absurd continues at UNESCO. Today UNESCO adopted a bizarre decision that denies the Jewish people’s connection to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall.
They haven’t read the Bible. I suggest that UNESCO members visit the Arch of Titus in Rome where it is possible to see what the Romans brought to Rome after they destroyed and looted the Temple Mount 2,000 years ago.
One can see engraved on the Arch of Titus the seven-branched menorah that is the symbol of the Jewish people and the symbol of the Jewish state today.
Soon UNESCO will say that the Emperor Titus was dealing with Zionist propaganda.
To say that Israel has no connection to the Temple Mount and the Western Wall is like saying that China has no connection to the Great Wall of China, and Egypt has no connection to the pyramids. With this absurd decision UNESCO erases the little legitimacy left to it.
I believe that the historical truth is more powerful, and will prevail.

Israel Is Not Cast Away
11 I say then, has God rejected and disowned His people? Certainly not! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God has not rejected His [chosen] people whom He foreknew………… 25 I do not want you, believers, to be unaware of this mystery [God’s previously hidden plan]—so that you will not be wise in your own opinion—that a partial hardening has [temporarily] happened to Israel [to last] until the full number of the Gentiles has come in; 26 and so [at that time] all Israel [that is, all Jews who have a personal faith in Jesus as Messiah] will be saved; just as it is written [in Scripture]. Romans 11 Amplified Bible.
Israel’s history is embedded in the Word of God. “The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you” (Genesis 12:1-3). For those who do not hold the Bible to be the complete and final word of God belief that the Church has replaced the Church allegorize or spiritualize prophetic scripture. The physical formation of Israel started on May 14 1948 and many Jews continue to return to the land of their forefathers and are gathered first in unbelief until that fateful day where in Romans 11 Paul says they will all be saved after the fullness of the gentiles has come in.
